All Studio Move dancers are required to wear studio uniform to class each week.
This ensures dancers are ready to Move safely & freely in the perfect gear, teacher’s can easily correct alignment and it helps dancers to be in the best mindset for class.
The entire new uniform range from The Dance Spot is now compulsory. It can be purchased at any time online or during opening hours at our supplier’s store in Papakura.. All Baby, Tiny, Mini and Pre-Junior classes wear our pink chiffon uniform dress while all other students from Junior upwards graduate to our black uniform range. Our leotards, tops and shorts can be used across multiple styles to ensure you aren’t buying many pieces for your dancer! We recommend getting in touch with someone from our team at Studio Move to double check what your dancer may need for class before purchasing.

SOLO / DUOS / TROUPES
– Comp dancers may wear any Studio Move or own dance gear. There is no set uniform for any competition classes. Dancers must just have a Studio Move tee, singlet, jacket or jumper and pants/shorts to wear to competitions.
OUTERWEAR
– Dancers can wear any Studio Move tee, jumper, jacket, pants or track pants in class on colder days. They will be asked to remove any non-uniform outerwear once class has begun.
