Our 2023 NZAMD Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop exams are on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 August at Tui Glen.
The getting ready & waiting zone will be next door at Neuroconnection.
DO NOT enter the Tui Glen dance hall at any time as exams will be running all day.
On the exam day, parents are not able to enter our Tui Glen Hall AT ALL.
It is closed and restricted to the examiner and examination participants only who are in there for their exams.
All other dancers should arrive, get ready and hang out at Neuroconnection in the spaces we have hired.
Please do respect the arrival times and try not to come early OR hang out at all afterwards as the morning space is small and the facilities are also used by a number of other businesses.
You will receive a video via email to help with where to go once you get to Neuroconnection.
The small space is on the left and is the boss’s office that he is kindly vacating and lending to us for the morning.
The large space is to the right/rear of the building and is where we will be from 12.30pm both days – this one has more space for parents to hang out and stay.
Please see below for the proposed timetables for both days and make sure to note your correct arrival time.
You cannot come into Neuroconnection before your arrival time as we will have limited space. It is important that you check your emails in the lead up to exams for the most up-to-date info.
Monday 28th August
Location: Tui Glen Park Hall, Henderson
9.00am – 10.15am: Advanced Ballet – 75 mins (Ellana, Sophia, Summer, Alannah).
Arrive & enter Tui Glen at 7.45am (ish) to practise and we will head to the small room at Neuroconnection around 8.30am.
10.15am – 11.10am: Grade 6 Ballet – 55 mins (Claudia, Julia, Hazel, Rebekah).
Arrive & enter Neuroconnection small room at 9.00am.
11.10am – 11.25am: Morning Tea
11.25am -12.00pm: Grade 2 Ballet – 35 mins (Gia).
Arrive & enter Neuroconnection small room at 10.20am.
12.00pm – 12.30pm: Level 6 Hip Hop – 30 mins (Ellana, Sophia).
Arrive & enter Neuroconnection small room at 11.00am.
12.30pm – 1.15pm: LUNCH BREAK
