Acro & Gym

Beginner – Advanced


Our Acro programme combines elements of acrobatics, gym, strength training and stretching to specifically compliment dance.
Studio Move Acro dancers can expect to enjoy weekly class warm ups, games, fitness work, stretching and working on a variety of acrobatic skill progressions in a safe and supportive environment.
Dancers are encouraged to work at their own level, with injury prevention and dancer health & safety being at the forefront of classes. Acro classes are very fun and high energy and perfect for all ability levels.
Dancers can wear any Studio Move uniform – singlet, crop and shorts being encouraged.
