$20 off term fees

Fees are due by the 3rd week of each term.

Your exact due date will be listed on your invoice. Upon enrolling for your classes via Class Manager, you are agreeing to paying the full fees for all classes booked (whether attended or not). Term enrolments rollover. Changes must be communicated via email before the start of each term. Studio Move reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of $25 for a class spot taken that will not be used. Between Term 3 and Term 4, all enrolled dancers MUST communicate changes by Sunday October 4, 2026. This allows our administration team enough time to invoice, fix show lists and order costumes. Changes following this date will be charged a late cancellation fee.

Ensure to use the reference number attached to your invoice when making online payments. Any overdue fees will have an automatic 5% late penalty fee added. If you wish to apply for a due date extension or special circumstance, you must do so at least 7 days before the due date. Any unpaid fees over an extended period of time will result in enrollment being cancelled and fees collected by other means.

Part paid fees are due at the agreed date by Studio Move. If you are going to be part paying, you must request (via email) for the due date to be extended and the final payment amount should come in on or before that date.

A reminder that our fees are charged per term, NOT per class (so we don’t offer refunds for missed lessons or discounted term fees for planned absences). Our term fees are based on a 32 week dance year, but it is often more.

SHOW SEASON FEES

All Movers who sign up to do the show will be charged a $30 show fee at the start of Term 4. This is non-refundable. Should your dancer not be able to take part in the show for any reason, we will instead wave their costume fee(s) - $35.

SHOW COSTUMES

Show costumes are to be paid in full upon pick up. Dancers who owe term fees at this time will be asked to pay those via eftpos first, unless otherwise arranged.

Studio Move reserves the right to update fee structure and discount systems when appropriate.
