Fees are due by the 4th week of each term.

Your exact due date will be listed on your invoice. Upon enrolling for your classes via Class Manager, you are agreeing to paying the full fees for all classes booked (whether attended or not). Class changes, switches or refunds can only be offered in the first week of enrollment if contacted via email and at the discretion of Studio Move.

Ensure to use the reference number attached to your invoice when making online payments. Any overdue fees will have an automatic 5% late penalty fee added. If you wish to apply for a due date extension or special circumstance, you must do so before the due date. Any unpaid fees over an extended period of time will result in enrollment being cancelled and fees collected by other means. Part paid fees are due at the agreed date by Studio Move. If you are going to be part paying, you must request (via email) for the due date to be extended and the final payment amount should come in on or before that date.

A reminder that our fees are charged per term, NOT per class (so we don’t offer refunds for missed lessons or discounted term fees for planned absences). Our term fees are based on a 32 week dance year, but it is often more.

Studio Move reserves the right to update fee structure and discount systems when appropriate.
